A very, very old fashioned drink, something akin to a Manhattan. Tanqueray gin, sweet and dry vermouths, triple sec, a little orange juice and orange bitters make this a surprisingly well balanced and finished drink – strong, but not overpowering, not too sweet or sharp.
Limoncello, Absolut citron and sugar syrup are finished off with egg white and crumbled meringue.
A large measure of Hennessy shaken with Cointreau, lemon juice and mineral water. A potent yet surprisingly well balanced little drink.
The ultimate after-dinner drink! A great pick-me up, Absolut Blue Label is shaken with Kahlua, a dash of brown sugar syrup and a double espresso.
Easily one of our most popular martinis, simply a double measure of Absolut Blue Label shaken vigorously with Chambord and fresh pineapple juice. Very fruity, smooth and refreshing.
Absolut Blackberry, Crème de Cassis and Chambord are shaken over ice with fresh lemon juice, raspberries and blackberries and a pinch of sea salt, finished with a mint sprig and a dash of black pepper. A wonderfully savoury and very different drink.
A really different take on a Margarita, this one has real bite! We bring a bottle of Silver Tequila down to freezing, mix up loads of fresh lime, mineral water, sea salt and Cointreau, serve it over cracked ice, finishing off by floating your ice-cold tequila on top.
A double measure of Absolut Vanilla, muddled through crushed ice with lemon juice, sugar syrup and lemon and vanilla bitters.
Our strongest, most terrifying invention to date! First, we flame your glass with absinthe, then we shake tequila, blue curacao, lime juice and sea salt, pour it all in, add a splash of grenadine in remembrance of the fallen (off their chairs). A heck of a bite, but a really fun drink!
Southern Comfort, Peach Liqueur and fresh orange, shaken with orange bitters and brown sugar syrup. A very different and wonderfully balanced take on a Sours.
Your spirit of choice, shaken with freshly squeezed lemon juice, brown sugar and egg white with a splash of angostura bitters. For the uninitiated, we recommend either a Dissarono Sour, or a Whiskey sour with Bulleit bourbon.

Zombie Classic – four rums, lime and lemon juice, orgeat, pineapple and grapefruit with an overproof rum flame.
Absolut Blackberry, Chambord and Dissarono are shaken over ice with lemon juice, fresh raspberries and blackberries, topped with soda and a splash of crème de cassis to make this wonderfully coloured and surprisingly smooth cocktail.
A double measure of Bulliet Bourbon is muddled with honey, a pinch of cinnamon, shredded root ginger and mint, then finished with spiced ginger beer. A wonderfully clean, refreshing drink with a real fire to the aftertaste.
An old favourite brought up to date for a new year, Zubrowka bison grass vodka is shaken with lime juice, pressed apple juice and a splash of angostura bitters, finished by flaming a light sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
